Meet Dr. Joey Pesicek
About Dr. Pesicek
Dr. Pesicek grew up locally and graduated from Apex High School in 1995. He went on to the University of North Carolina at Wilmington and graduated cum laude in 1999. He then attended UNC School of Dentistry and received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 2003. Dr. Pesicek previously owned a group practice in Kinston for over ten years. Dr. Pesicek has been serving the Raleigh and Cary area since 2014.
He is a long-standing member of the American Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, the Wake County Dental Association, and the University of North Carolina School of Dentistry alumni association. He is a Fellow in the International Congress of Oral Implantologists. Dr. Pesicek also trains annually in the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, American Academy of Facial Esthetics, American Academy for Sports Dentistry, American Dental Society of Anesthesiology, CEREC doctors, CandidPro and SureSmile, and Spear Education in interdisciplinary excellence.
Personal Life
Dr. Pesicek and his wife, Amanda, are proud parents of three daughters, Skyler, Laila, and Juliette. He enjoys playing and watching sports, traveling, reading and watching movies. His dental-related interests include implants, cosmetic procedures, and new dental technology. He is a strong believer in the importance of continuing dental education and he is dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality dental care.
